
Members of the County Assembly have commended the County Public Service Board for embracing digitalization its operations.
In a debate on the board’s report to the assembly for the year 2024, the MCAs noted that the digitization initiative has enhanced transparency in recruitment and human resource practices and enhanced service access for county staff and job seekers. The report was tabled in the house by the Public Service and Administration Committee that is chaired by Kerugoya Ward MCA Hon. Eric Muchina
In his remarks to the motion, Hon. Muchina lauded the digitalization noting that the automation has eliminated delays in processing applications and promoted accountability in the boards operations.
