The Committee Mandate

All matters related to cultural activities and facilities, public entertainment and public amenities, including betting, casinos and other forms of gambling, racing, liquor licensing, cinemas, video shows and hiring, libraries, museums, sports, county parks, beaches and recreation facilities, control of drugs and pornography; matters related to Youth, children, women, men, aged and People living with disabilities. Promote Community Development by designing the programmes and policies that build peoples’ capacity to resist risk factors and enhance protective factors.
